Refund policy

We offer a 30-Day Full Refund, so that if you're not happy with your product or you just need something different, you can send it back. Because the majority of mosquito netting is used outdoors, we will have to inspect the product to ensure that it is in perfect condition still. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refunds on mosquito netting that has been torn, cut, burned, dyed, bleached, or damaged in any way. Once we receive the returned product, please allow us 24 hours to inspect it. Once we have thoroughly inspected the product, we will issue you a full refund within 72 hours.
